To begin, we require consent forms signed by the minor's legal guardian, authorizing our care during their travel. These forms cover important details such as emergency contacts, health conditions, allergies, and any specific instructions for the minor's care. Upon booking, FlyGreet obtains flight information, including the airline, flight number, date, and time of departure and arrival. This allows us to monitor the flight and ensure timely meet-and-greet services. Our concierge will welcome the minor at the gate for arrival services (A) and curbside for departure services (D), providing a personalized name sign for easy identification.

During arrival services, the concierge escorts the minor through all necessary formalities, from the plane to baggage claim, and then to our executive vehicle for transport. For departure services, we arrange for a dedicated luggage porter to assist with luggage processing while the concierge fast-tracks the minor through security and to the plane.

For Unaccompanied Minor (F) Flight services, our concierge goes above and beyond by accompanying the minor on the plane to their destination. The concierge communicates with the guardian throughout the journey, providing updates and reassurance. Please note that Unaccompanied Minor (F) Flight services require a minimum of 12 hours of service, and the cost will be based on this duration.

FlyGreet UM services are limited to non-connecting flights to ensure a seamless and focused travel experience.
